The experience Christman Morgan brings stems from navigating a wide range of issues and obstacles across more than 100 hospitals where he has worked. They each faced very similar challenges, yet were unique in their own ways as they underwent various forms of transformation.

From rural community hospitals to large academic health systems, not only has he learned how to identify and solve complex problems, but he has also witnessed some of the best leadership teams at work. That is what inspires him to bring the best ideas, models, and solutions to other organizations.
